Well we are still changing around here, but I had to slow down. I had some tendoitis whatever slow me down. I started PT last week and was allowed to run 20 minutes, in intervals. So that means I walked 5 minutes, ran 5 minutes, twice. I can do that until PT clears me to move it up. I have to ice after I get home for 20 minutes.
But the good news? Jer is, like, a running machine! He is also in PT but for his back, and is running a consistent 3-4 miles when he goes out, which is a lot more than me.
Oh and by the way? I have lost some weight, too. Sweet!
